4. What materials can this machine process?
This machine is designed to groove various metal sheets, including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and copper. It is ideal for applications in architectural decoration, elevator manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication.
5. Is it difficult to operate the machine? Do we need a skilled engineer?
Not at all. The machine features a user-friendly PLC touch-screen interface with pre-set programs. Operators can easily learn the basic operations within a few hours. The automated system handles the complex calculations, reducing reliance on highly skilled labor.
6. How does the machine ensure the depth of the groove is accurate?
The combination of a high-precision servo motor for the feeding mechanism and a rigid X-Axis mounting panel ensures that the cutting head remains stable. This eliminates vibration and guarantees consistent, +/-0.02mm accurate groove depth across the entire sheet.
7. How often do we need to replace the blades (cutters)?
The durability of the blades depends on the material you are cutting and the frequency of use. However, our specialized carbide and HSS blades are engineered for long service life. You can easily sharpen or replace them; the quick-change tooling design minimizes downtime.
8. Do you provide technical support or manuals?
Yes. Every machine comes with a detailed English manual and wiring diagrams. Our team provides online technical support, and we offer training videos to help your team get started quickly.
